WE AT RESTORE are fighting the mental health crisis by building COMMUNITY through our “feed the homies” events, empowering through SERVING the un-housed with “wheel bites”, AND guiding through daily MENTORING meetings. join us in the fight TO HELP SET THIS GENERATION FREE AND SET A COURSE FOR A FUTuRE OF HOPE.

Our current generation faces many more problems than the generations before. Drug abuse, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicide and broken homes are just some of the trials destroying their identity and purpose.

• A 2022 survey of Gen Z young adults (19-24) found that 42% are diagnosed with a mental health condition.

• The four most common diagnoses are Anxiety, Depression, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

• Recent CDC data found the following among high school students:

  •29% experience poor mental health

  •42% have persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness 

  •22% have considered suicide 

  •18% have made a suicide plan 

  •10% have attempted suicide
